Return Policy

We hope you love your PZAN pieces. If you wish to return an item, please review the following conditions before getting in touch.

Eligibility To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned in their original condition — unworn and with all tags still attached.

Return Window Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of your delivery date. Please contact us at contact@pzan.co.uk before sending any items back so we can arrange your return.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty. The return shipping fee is equivalent to the original shipping charge. A QR code will be provided to facilitate your return. Please note that both the return shipping fee and the original shipping charge are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund total.

Exchanges We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order for the replacement.

Refund Processing Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed accordingly.
